Sorry guys...

We've been dormant on posting. We just got all of our Georgia stuff finally back. My parents got back late last night (past one), and they are tired and so lately we haven't really been on the move. So far, it's going well though and we'll get back to what we need to do :)

Go, Go, Go COUGARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never doubted it - the Cougars definentely have the vote of the year for me. If you call Saturday a boring game, I am officially offended by you. It was simple, characteristic, and absolutely worth the wait. Hold on, what wait? Oh, right, there wasn't one. Touchdown after touchdown after touchdown. Those refs are too good. Those players are beyond talent. Poor Norm Chao - the guy obviously doesn't have a break. Getting rid of the Cougs is now not his first choice. But the greatness of Bronco Mendenhall is surely showing! If you aren't Fully Invested in this Quest, you should be. Cougars are number one, and they will lead the team to "Sack that quarterback!" and crush Wyoming. What a stellar group! So, when they lose, come straight to our blog. Hopefully (no, surely) I won't be posting of a loss :) It's truly their destiny. They want it. Hold that thought...I want it! And about 99.9% of Utahns. Can you spell p-r-e-s-s-u-r-e correctly? Yeah, that's the definition of every nail biting game. They leave me shaking. But after Cougs took over the field on Saturday, I had all my pretty nails. Wonderful. Exactly my plan. And there you have it.

Camping at the AF

Last Friday, my parents went to Midway for a business meeting, while the rest of us had it easy chilling with Melissa and wathcing botomless hours of Psych and Monk. However, that "rest of us" was me, Emma, and her son Lucas. Thanks to the Rose family, we were able to have a sweet GNO while the boys took it to canyon for a last-minute camping trip and the last of the year. Everyone was talking about their fish, their hikes, the animals they saw - it obviously meant way too much fun. They had an awesome time. With the seasons changning, the boys said last good-byes to the American Fork canyon for a year plus. But I must say, everyone had it good. Thanks to all who helped out, watched us, and gave us a great weekend.

Congrats to Lizzy for giving birth to a healthy baby boy, Everett Christopher Rigby born 8 lbs., 7 oz. on September 9th. Way to go!

First Day of School

Here's what I can do to put in words: great, can't complain, pretty awesome. Walking into my junior is like walking into Lifetime Fitness-- granite floors, glass EVERYTHING, a great smell, and auto lockers. Coolest part - auto lockers. You heard me. Do the combo, push in the dial and WHAM out pops your locker. Unfortunately only a couple of people have these - mostly eighth and ninth graders. I DID have one, then mine got jammed, so they redid the door system...UGGHHH!! Now I have a plain locker. Sorry. It was cool while it lasted. Talmage and Ethan go to Westfield. Ethan likes his teacher, Mrs. Crumrine. A first-grade teacher...with that name?? We said, "Just don't call her Mrs. Crummy". Talmage sort of likes his teacher-- he'll survive the reamining schoolyear. Emma has Angie Murdock for her schoolteacher and she calls her Miss Andrey. It'll work out. So, well, we're set. Love you all. Have a fantastic schoolyear.
